Ball linear guide:
Ball guide rails represent the largest linear guide group in INA Linear Technology. They are used where precise linear guide systems for heavy loads with high rigidity and low friction are required. KUVE linear systems are preloaded and suitable for long strokes. Depending on the operating conditions, the carriage can achieve accelerations of up to 150 m/s2 and speeds of up to 360 m/min. TKVD and TKSD guide rail series are available in different sizes, as well as different versions of KUVE and KUSE linear slides.

INA miniature linear guide:
INA miniature linear ball bearings and linear guides are made of corrosion-resistant materials. KUEM bearing housings and guide rail sets are assembled from KWEM bearing housings and TKDM linear guides. The four-row design is also available as a KUME housing and guide set, assembled from KWME housings and TKMD linear guides.

INA roller linear guides:
INA Linear Roller Guides and Bearings are suitable for linear guide systems with extremely heavy loads, when high rigidity and precise linear motion are required in the system. The INA linear bearings or carriages RWU series are preloaded and are particularly suitable for use on processing machines. Roller linear carriages are available in “roller-to-roller” versions or with cages between the rollers. The RUE linear assembly consists of a TSX rail, at least one RWU bracket, and plastic plugs for the holes in the rail. All cylindrical guides and INA carriages are manufactured to the highest standards of X-life quality. They are therefore characterized by improved technical solutions, greater robustness and longer life expectancy.

INA ball screws and nuts:
The INA KGT guide assembly consists of a KGS precision rolling screw (threaded rod) and at least one KGF ball nut (flange type) or KGM (cylindrical type). All threaded screws and nuts have the correct thread and are available in different diameters and thread leads. INA ball screws of the KGS series are made of high-strength steel Cf53 (SAE 1055). Thread surface induction hardened to 60 HRC (1.5mm depth). The screw lead accuracy is 23μm/300mm and 50μm/300mm. Leaders can have one or more origins. Standard ball screw finishing is available, but the screw can also be machined to your drawings.

INA linear guides and bearings:
Linear guidance systems with shafts include linear shafts that can also be supported in combination with linear ball or plain bearings or bushings. INA linear axes are also available in hollow design. The linear unit consists of linear bearings and a housing with fastening holes for easy assembly. The entire range of INA guide rails and bearings is built according to a modular concept, allowing you to build cost-effective, long-life and maintenance-free linear systems. INA linear bearings or INA bushings and bearing units are compact, lightweight, heavy-duty and conventional in design. Each series of linear bearings has very specific characteristics that are precisely defined to suit a specific application. Linear ball bearings can support high radial loads while their mass is relatively small and allow the design of linear guidance systems with unlimited motion. The bearings are available in enclosed versions and with support bracket rail cutouts. In some series, the bearing clearance can be adjusted. This enables linear systems with zero air volume or preloaded systems. Depending on the guidance application, linear bearings are available without seals or with contact seals on both sides. With linear bearing units, the bearings are mounted in a strong, rigid housing. Housings are available in closed, open, sliding and tandem designs. Due to the low total mass, linear units are mainly suitable for low-mass systems with high loads and situations where greater acceleration and speed are required. Due to high volume production, standard linear units are usually much cheaper than producing your own enclosures.

Linear roller system:
INA guide systems with LF roller bearings are ideal for linear guide applications requiring low noise, high speed and long travel distances. Additionally, they are extremely low mass, have a low coefficient of friction and are easy to install. All INA guide rails are designed according to the modular guide construction principle and therefore consist of standard linear bearings, guide rails, carriages… The most suitable guide rail can therefore be economically selected for each application. Prefabricated guide rails can be fully ball guides or hollow ball guides, high bending stiffness support guides, curved guide elements or linear guides. Linear guides also have grooves for racks or drive belts.

Linear guide applications:
While carrying loads, linear guides play the role of easily and smoothly guiding linear motion so that the machine can operate accurately and efficiently. They are an integral part of linear components in equipment such as machine tools and semiconductor manufacturing equipment. More recently, they have also been used in railway vehicles, buses, automatic doors, isolation systems and other consumer applications.
